RCS was started with a simple goal: to take pressure off the field. After years working as a superintendent and project manager, Hunter saw firsthand how much time is lost chasing cleanup, trade messes, damage control, and last-minute prep.

RCS was built to solve those problems — not from behind a desk, but from real experience on the jobsite. We understand what it takes to keep construction projects moving, because we’ve been in those boots. Our job is to help builders and field teams stay focused on what matters most: delivering quality work, managing trades, and meeting deadlines.

Hunter is a husband, father of two boys, and a man of faith — values that shape how he leads, works, and serves others.

FAQs

  • Both. We work with residential builders on single-family, multi-family, and custom homes — and we support commercial projects as well. Our services are flexible and scalable across both types of jobsites.

  • Cleaning is billed per square foot and includes all interior spaces — finished and unfinished. Rates vary based on home size, level of finish, and whether one or multiple units are scheduled at once.

  • We install floor coverings, stair tread wraps, appliance and fixture protection, edge guards, entry mats and more — all designed to prevent trade damage and reduce punch work. If a builder prefers a specific protective product/material, RCS will purchase and use it to accommodate to that builders wants and needs.

  • We’re based in Southeast Michigan and currently serve Livingston, Oakland, Washtenaw, Wayne, and surrounding counties. Have a project outside that area? Reach out — we’re open to expanding based on scope.

  • Yes. Our Builder Partnership offers custom pricing based on your development size, scope, and how many services you use. Per-unit discounts for construction cleaning will be offered to builders who utilize this plan.
